What does a UK repair shop get?

  • Repair tickets with IMEI or serial, passcode, condition checklist and estimate approval
  • Counter EPOS for accessories, parts, services and phones, with discounts and returns (RepairFlow Web)
  • Buying, selling and trading in used phones, logged by IMEI
  • One-tap WhatsApp and SMS messages: device received, ready for pickup and more
  • Stock that comes off automatically when parts go into a repair, plus purchase orders and stock audits

  • Customer self check-in on a tablet at the counter (Beta)

What RepairFlow does not do

  • Connect to card machines such as SumUp, Square or Dojo. Take the card on your terminal and record it as a card payment.
  • File VAT returns, connect to Making Tax Digital, or sync with Xero or QuickBooks.
  • Send automatic texts or emails. Messages open pre-filled and staff press send.
  • Run several shops from one account.
  • Work offline. RepairFlow Web needs an internet connection.
  • Run on iPhone yet. The app is Android only; RepairFlow Web works in Safari on an iPad or Mac.

UK repair shop software FAQ

What is the best repair shop software for a small UK shop?

For a small independent shop, look for repair tickets with IMEI tracking, a counter EPOS, VAT invoices in pounds and quick customer updates, at a flat monthly price. RepairFlow covers these for £39/month with Web Pro (Android app included), and is built for single-location shops rather than chains.

How much does RepairFlow cost in the UK?

Web Pro is £39/month and includes the Android app. The first 150 shops to subscribe pay £29/month for their first 24 months. Mobile Premium is the Android app on its own at £8.99/month through Google Play. RepairFlow Web has a 14-day free trial with no credit card.

Do RepairFlow invoices show VAT?

Yes. Choose United Kingdom and VAT at 20% is set up for you. Invoices show the VAT, and your VAT registration number. You can change the rate and choose whether prices include VAT or have it added, separately for repairs and for sales.

Is RepairFlow an EPOS system?

Yes. RepairFlow Web includes a counter EPOS that runs in your browser on Windows, Mac or Chromebook. It sells accessories, parts, services and phones, and keeps those sales in the same system as your repairs. It does not connect to card machines; you record card payments taken on your own terminal.

Does it work with UK mobile numbers on WhatsApp?

Yes. Enter numbers the usual UK way, such as 07700 900123. RepairFlow adds +44 when it opens WhatsApp, so the message goes to the right chat.

How is my RepairFlow subscription billed?

Web subscriptions are billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which charges in pounds, handles VAT on the subscription and sends you the invoice.

Can I bring my customers and stock from another system?

Yes. Import customers and inventory from CSV files, with duplicate checks.
