Terms of Service
Effective: October 4, 2026
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to RepairFlow ("the Service"), including the RepairFlow website, the RepairFlow mobile app, and RepairFlow Web at app.repairflow.app. By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
RepairFlow is a business tool for repair shops. You must be at least 18 years old and use RepairFlow for your business, not for personal or household purposes. If you use RepairFlow for a shop or business, you confirm that you are authorized to use the Service for that business.
Who We Are
RepairFlow is operated by Vaseem Khan, a sole proprietor based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. In these Terms, "RepairFlow", "we", and "us" mean that operator. You can contact us at [email protected].
Description of Service
RepairFlow is repair shop management software for tracking customers, repair tickets, inventory, device purchases and sales, POS sales, invoices, receipts, staff access, and shop settings across web and mobile.
Features, limits, imports, reports, and parity between web and mobile may change as we improve reliability and workflow coverage.
Shops may use RepairFlow to record payments they collect from their own customers using their own payment methods. RepairFlow does not process, hold, route, or settle those shop-customer funds.
Accounts and Staff
- Provide accurate account, shop, staff, customer, inventory, tax, and transaction information.
- Keep login credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Invite only appropriate staff and remove their access when they leave the business.
- Use RepairFlow only for lawful business operations and customer-service workflows.
- Keep any legal, tax, accounting, warranty, or compliance records your business is required to keep.
The shop owner is responsible for the actions of the staff they invite to the shop.
Your Shop and Customer Data
You keep ownership of the business and customer data you enter into RepairFlow. You give RepairFlow permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' information, including names, phone numbers, device identifiers, issue descriptions, photos, repair notes, invoices, and receipts.
We keep your shop data while your account exists, including after a trial or subscription ends, so you can return to it. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time. We run automated backups, but you are responsible for keeping any additional copies your business needs.
Acceptable Use
- Do not try to access another shop's data or bypass role-based access controls.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to process.
- Do not use RepairFlow to send spam, abusive messages, or unlawful customer communications.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, resell, or misuse the Service.
Availability and Accuracy
We work to keep RepairFlow reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every workflow will match between the web and mobile apps at all times. Scheduled maintenance may briefly interrupt the Service.
Shops are responsible for reviewing generated documents, totals, tax presentation, warranty terms, and exported records before relying on them for business, tax, or legal purposes.
Plans and Free Trials
RepairFlow Web: 14-Day Free Trial
Any new shop owner can sign up at app.repairflow.app and try RepairFlow Web free for 14 days. The trial needs no payment method and is not a paid subscription, so it never turns into a paid plan by itself.
Each shop can have one Web trial. A shop that already had Web beta access has used its trial. We may refuse or end a trial if accounts are created to get more than one trial for the same shop.
RepairFlow Mobile: Free Tier and Premium
- Free Tier: 10 lifetime sales, 10 lifetime device purchases, no technician access, 5 exports/month, 3 photos per repair, full repair history.
- Mobile Premium: unlimited access to mobile features, bought in the app through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- New mobile accounts get 14 days of Premium access at no cost, starting when the account is created. No payment method is needed.
- If you do not upgrade after the mobile trial, your account moves to the Free Tier. Your data stays safe; records beyond Free Tier limits can be viewed but not edited.
Web Pro Subscription Billing
Web Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically at the start of each monthly billing period, and the payment method on file is charged for each period until the subscription is canceled. Standard monthly prices are USD 39, GBP 39, EUR 39, and INR 999 where those currencies are available. Paddle Checkout shows the final currency, localized amount, applicable tax, and invoice.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for RepairFlow Web subscriptions. Paddle provides the checkout, payment processing, tax handling, receipts and invoices, and payment-method management under its own terms. RepairFlow uses Paddle's subscription state to decide Web Pro access. Because Paddle is the seller, charges appear on card and bank statements under Paddle's name (for example PADDLE.NET) rather than RepairFlow.
Founder Price for Web Pro
The first 150 shops to subscribe to Web Pro receive a founder discount on the standard monthly price (for example USD 29 instead of USD 39) for their first 24 monthly billing periods. The standard monthly price applies after period 24. Paddle Checkout shows whether your shop gets the founder price before you pay.
Once a founder place is awarded, it is permanently used, including after cancellation or refund. Canceling ends the founder price. If a shop rejoins later, it pays the standard price and does not recover unused founder periods. If an existing subscription is recovered before cancellation, its remaining founder periods continue.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. We will email the shop owner at least 30 days before a new price applies to an existing subscription, and the new price applies from the first billing period that starts after that notice. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it applies. The end of a founder discount after period 24 is part of the founder offer and is not a price change.
Cancellation and Refunds
Web Pro (Paddle)
You manage your Web Pro subscription through Paddle's customer portal, available from the Billing page in RepairFlow Web. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so access continues until then. RepairFlow does not offer subscription pausing.
You can get a full refund of your first Web Pro payment if you request it within 14 days of that payment by emailing [email protected]. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
When Paddle processes a full refund, the subscription is canceled and Web Pro access is removed. A partial refund does not by itself cancel an active subscription.
Mobile App Purchases
Subscriptions bought in the RepairFlow mobile app through Google Play or the Apple App Store are billed by that store and follow its terms, cancellation, and refund rules. We use RevenueCat to manage mobile subscription status. Mobile subscriptions are separate from Web Pro subscriptions billed by Paddle.
When Access Ends
When a Web free trial, earlier beta access, or a Web Pro subscription ends without an active paid plan, RepairFlow Web access stops for the shop and its staff. Shop data is not deleted, the mobile app keeps working under its own plan, and the owner can choose Web Pro at any time to restore Web access.
Earlier Mobile Founder Program
The earlier mobile founder program is closed to new members. Accounts that joined it keep the benefits already granted to them. It is separate from the Web Pro founder price described above.
Intellectual Property
RepairFlow owns the RepairFlow name and branding, the application source code, user interface designs, and documentation. You own your business data, customer information, generated reports, and shop configurations.
Suspension and Termination
You can stop using RepairFlow at any time and ask us to delete your account, either in the mobile app or through our account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account, or limit its access, if it breaks these Terms, misuses the Service, puts other shops or the Service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where practical, we will tell the shop owner first and give them a chance to fix the problem or export their data.
If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will give at least 60 days' notice.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
RepairFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, RepairFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to RepairFlow is limited to the subscription fees paid for your shop in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or RepairFlow, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as RepairFlow changes. For material changes, we will email shop owners at least 14 days before the changes apply. Updates will also appear on this page.
