How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us at the contact information provided below
- Include your account email in the deletion request
- Specify the reason for deletion (optional)
- Wait for confirmation - We'll process your request within 7 business days
- Receive confirmation email once deletion is complete

Data Retention Period
Immediate Deletion: Your account and personal data will be deleted immediately after processing your request.
Backup Data: Encrypted backups may be retained for up to 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted.
Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records).
